automated OTR session #609

situation : OTR is set to required contact is verified yet OTR session is started AFTER the first message is sent, unencrypted

is it possible to automatically start OTR session before first message if OTR is required and contact is verified?

also, when that first message is sent unencrypted, there is no way to tell it was unencrypted. in classic version (if memory serves correctly) this was indicated by red X sign
