[Bug] Sound notifications plays sound by Media volume, not by Notifications volume #841

Xabber message notifications (in the chat) doing using... MEDIA volume, not a NOTIFICATION volume. For example, if you will mute all volumes (call, system, notifications), but media volume will be not 0%, you will hear a notification sounds when message arrives to chat. Incoming messages. This is very annoying. Xabber incorrectly uses media sound instead of notification sound :(
