Switch to glide, update to latest k8s. #59

Manual merges were done in the k2s/kube2sky.go file. Small type changes were required in a few other locations.

I don't actually plan on merging this here, I just wanted to send it out to let you take a look at it. We can do something similar once we get the code in-place in minikube.
