Doesn't start with Docker 1.12 #67

trying to start localkube on a machine with docker 1.12 installed fails with the following error.

Starting localkube container...
could not start localkube: could not start container `36146d7464642c08fadd20d8d8e5a57cde0a5d3a149dd732ddab5a6060a0a519`: API error (400): {"message":"starting container with HostConfig was deprecated since v1.10 and removed in v1.12"}
