Bring back the Flatpak repository #11

The KF6 runtime is now available, and I've been running an experimental build of 0.5.1 on my Steam Deck and all is OK. It's time to get off my butt and actually bring back the repository so people can install it again. Also I should write down the instructions so I don't forget.

Done now, although I'm focusing on publishing 0.6.0 to the repository at the moment.
