Support serving patch files #1

You'll still have to provide these yourself, but could be useful to help test a launcher patching process

I have started doing this in the most recent commits, but I think I lack the tools to make proper patches. There's some bits in Physis, but I fear I need to create some kind of meta-patcher to do all of this
