get_commodity_map changed to get_commodity_directives #52

get_commodity_map has been removed from beancount.core.getters and replaced with get_commodity_directives, which is a simplified version. See the beancount commit here.

Realized I had an old version of fava_investor. This was fixed on the September 2.
