if your browser window is small enough, the titles that appear on a player's profile will be hidden offscreen completely, there's no way to scroll over to see the hidden titles so the only way is to resize the window
more noticeable on profiles with a lot of titles (eg https://redsun.tf/player/76561198166835059)
