Ocelot: Surf & bunnyhop plugin no longer loading properly #480

title. air velocity & such is fine, but the endzones, speedometer, instant respawn, and any other relevant commands aren't working, which gives me reason to believe the plugin isn't being loaded anymore after the server move.

in addition, the bunnyhop plugin also isn't loaded.

fixed in latest plugin builds, some plugins likely did not get moved over
