Dodgeball (suggestion): move premium dodgeball kit 'preround' sounds to preround end, rather than preround start #505

The way it works now is that both announcers and music play their 'preround' sound at the very beginning of a round, it wasn't always this way and I believe the change was made to optimize code.

The way it worked before was that announcer and music 'preround' sounds played at different times: start of and end of preround respectively.

With music now playing at the very beginning of rounds, they often (or always depending of what kit is playing or if bonus round end time is set to 5) overlap with round win sounds, which doesn't sound really pleasant.

Existing announcer sounds wouldn't sound too bad if this was changed, and music would sound like it was supposed to when most kits were made.

Done! Premium music kits will only play their preround sounds when setup ends.
