Loadout: add preview for chat-related items to description #517

There should be a preview screenshot for all chat/text related items similar to what we have for namepaints (this can just be a static image unique items/non chat icons).

Specifically add a preview for:

flowey mark
emote chat
rainbow chat
tips
spoiler chat
donator heart
shrug
