Loadout badge list: add ability to show only badges by gamemode/type

some badges do this already by having "...in [gamemode]" in the description but this is not true for every badge (especially some of the older ones) so I think this is needed

note that this is not the same as "order by category" (which is already on the page) but an actual gamemode filter
