Buff Jockey move target speed #131

If survivor is facing direction that jockey is not looking at, both players will stand still. This change will give full control of the player and Jockey will become a bit more similar to L4D with the ability to take the survivor away from the rest or to a deadly environment, bringing more tactics for this special infected.

I'm not sure myself whenever if it's a good idea to have these values, but perhaps a better solution would be to have 2 new convars sm_szf_jockey_movement_victim and sm_szf_jockey_movement_attacker with current values as default to allow server operators easily change it.

On another note, you probably want 1.0 instead of 0.100 as otherwise that would make speed 10x slower
