Change ShowHudText channels (1 to 0 and 2 to 5) #3

Would it be better to use 4 instead of 0, as it more likely mappers would use channel 0 instead of 4 for whatever texts to display?

The problem with channel 4 is that it's reserved for the tutorial text

Regular Hammer only shows channels from 1 to 4
