Right now we provision sketchy providers with a series of provisioning commands and it turns on simpleproxy. This is hard and is confusing, and also does not give us the client IP to our proxy. We have switched to using The PROXY protocol with nginx, as reflected in this blog post and that should be best practice moving forward

Also, the provision.sh script should still do ufw, etc, but stand up nginx instead of simpleproxy.
