[feature] cleaning up backend code logic, and file structure

[x] Split database.py into models.py, and session.py & moving it to backend/app/db/ directory
[x] clean up backend/app/api/game.py removing unused loggers, fixing forfeit logic that allows people to forfeit even if the game is over
[x] move backend/app/ai_models to backend/app/models
[x] deleted unused BaseModel \w backend/app/schemas/game.py
[x] clean up AlertDialog logic
[x] client side jwt verification if the user is logged in
[x] removed login/signout from Success/Failure page
[x] add modal Ranking svg component
[ ] display Ranking svg component
[ ] switch to routing instead of using useEffects within web/src/page/Home.js
