bump to v0.6.0 for publishing #13 #40

Would be cool to get #13 onto npm. Just trying to make it easier.

Figured it warranted a pseudo-major bump since a major part of the interface has changed.

Fixes #25. Fixes #37.

I published this PR to npm as @benmosher/redux-promise in the interim, FWIW.

I'd love to see this published, it's a subtle and painful bug to deal with. Is there some work the community could help with to get this out?
