In the sample options, I click remove for the body background image. This works on the frontend and on the backend.
The issue here is that I expect that the background image preview underneath the background image field should be removed/hidden after I click the Remove button.
Steps
Go to Sample options > Design fields > Background > Body background
Set a background image, save, reload the page.
Click the remove button to remove the image.
See that the image preview exists after clicking the remove button
