redux framework 4.3.1 JS and CSS files are not loaded #229

Please help! I'm having problems integrating into theme "fail to load resource the server responded with a status of 404"

And I'm still asking you to try the plug in and see if that resolves the issue. There is a very specific reason I am asking this. If you don't want to do it, then I cannot help you.

this error only occurs with version 4 and above

i am using latest version 4.3.1 and got error like above

In plugin mode there is no problem but in theme mode the admin css and js files don't work
