Add Prettier, Rollup and Docker #114

Hi @hidarikani,

this seems like a very motivated PR, but also very big - I'm not sure if we actually would want to take it, since it adds a lot more maintenance burden and we don't necessarily recommend using all these tools.

Did you talk with a current maintainer about this (e.g. in an issue) before starting all the work here?

Appreciate that you've put effort into this, but this isn't something we'd want to publish ourselves.
