chat: typing messages with double-quotes messes up chat window #32

and Tcl errors in the Pd window. Is it a bug in a recent Pd version?

It seems a recent regression in Pd and cannot be fixed in netpd. This is the relevant issue: https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/1559

However, it can probably be worked-around by replacing the double quote character by similarly looking utf-8 character.
