Windows and macOS builds turn DSP off sometimes #45

There are reports of people losing audio in the middle of a session. To get audio back, DSP needs to be toggled off and on.

The problem seems related to pure-data/pure-data:pull/1756, the scheduler_fix branch. It doesn't happen with Pd from master.

"dynamic DSP-off" doesn't work with non-JACK audio back-ends.

I uploaded new builds for Windows and macOS that do not use the scheduler_fix branch.
