Update the end of the Windows Cookbook be more focus on the tutorial

Just a little detail I see when I initiate my friends to Redwood. Most of the time, people will do this cookbook the first time before doing the tutorial.

This change is to prioritize the tutorial vs create a new redwood app with another folder name.
