Update docs link in index from subdomain `learn` to main #1011

Currently in the home page of redwood; the getting started button is still linking to the learn subdomain. I changed the link to point to the main website (removed learn in url)

Hey @ninoM thanks for this PR. It must've gotten lost on my radar while we were shuffling things around. Sorry about that! The main site is now in the https://github.com/redwoodjs/sprout repo. We're not sure what we'll do with this repo yet. Since it's not live anymore I'll close this for now, but thanks again!
