This PR includes content I've been using for the Contributing Workshop and intending to add to the docs. As of this tweet today, my deadline is now tomorrow 😬

Adds content to docs/contributing
Add new doc docs/contributing-walkthrough
Updates /roadmap

I'm going to hit "merge" tomorrow morning. Please take a look for anything glaringly broken. We can refine as needed in a follow-up PR.
