Improve initial load performance and optimize all images #86

This PR addreses poor loading experience on the initial render. image

Addditionally it adds webp photo loading optimizations for modern browsers with fallbacks to the original jpgs and preloads google fonts to prevent content layout shifts from fonts being downloaded.
