add leap.nvim #94

I appreciate the PR, however I would like to not include leap.nvim into Neve. I've tried it before but eventually removed it as I don't want to replace neovim's default s and S mappings.

Maybe override something like CTRL + s?

I'm using CTRL + s to save the file already :cry:
