Apple have add TVs and receives to the HomeKit. Please if possible to update for new iOS 12.2 HomeKit TVs accessories

Hi @toshibochan I'm currently planning to add support for this. I have a repo currently and am starting to begin development of this project. I will take a while since I don't have experience with the TV accessory platform.

@mhartung87 sadly the project didn't get anywhere. My sharp is too limited to add function like this, and I don't use it to justify it so I kinda gave up on it sadly. Anyone is welcome to do it, but I haven't seen any devs with a sharpTV.
