update command-line arguments for investigate-gpr-gpr-hyperparams and gpr-gpr to support options to specify high-pressure stitching in addition to the low-pressure stitching we already have. The set-up should be pretty easy and we should be able to plug this into the underlying framework without much effort (just add another element to the stitch lists passed to helper routines).
The goal would be to eventually make all EOS go to something like hyper-relativistic particles in 3+1 dimensions (sound speed = c/3 --> phi = log(3-1) = log(2) ~ 0.69...
