Attempted to clean up implementation of conditioning on external processes. In addition to exposing more control of exactly how data is included when conditioning GPs in gpr-gpr, this patch explores/implements new ways of constructing processes that respect the marginal distributions provided by external processes. This will allow us to better reproduce the uncertainty bands provided by, e.g., chiral EFT calculations (including smoothness requirements) within our processes.
