Removed dependency for Content-Length header #1

Because otherwise all cloudflare hosted/proxied sites (like mine for instance https://dracoblue.net/twtxt.txt) won't work.

Ah right, I didn't know that was a thing. So I have removed the requirement to have that header, but I'm not going to merge this pull request because I still want to check it if its there (this fix is in 1b9c22a5db636)
