Truncate after collapse mentions #4

Currently the tweet is truncated before the mentions are collapsed. That causes tweets to be truncated that were accepted by the twtxt as it checks the the length before expanding mentions.

I've noticed this issue, but just ignored it because its such a hassle to fix, but yeah, it is something that needs to be resolved
