Implement reeeeeee in intcode #127

intcode is a toy assembly language specified in advent of code 2019

the spec in particular is laid out in days 2 5 and 9

The annotated code for this particular program is as follows:

104 114  ; out 114
104 101  ; out 101
1105 1 2  ; if (1) goto 2

(this particular program only requires features as specified by day 5 part 2 -- notably output, literals, and jump-if-true)

the program outputs integers as ascii character codes using the output instruction (4) -- day 21 for example can execute this program:

$ python3 day21/part1.py reeeee.intcode
reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

(I cut off the output, it presumably goes forever however I haven't quite yet solved the halting problem)
