you have to add the filter above in your adblocker.

how to add: for ABP: https://adblockplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=42013 AB: options, customize ubo: options, my filters

I know you and I do the top and when I did not know I prefer not to touch anything

you have two lists one for adbock https://raw.githubusercontent.com/reek/anti-adblock-killer/master/anti-adblock-killer-filters.txt

and one for greamonkey https://github.com/reek/anti-adblock-killer/raw/master/anti-adblock-killer.user.js

you have to do the update in it's lists

so has that update automatically do this client side

just add that filter as custom filter, it's easy.

I don't manage any list, so I can't add any filter to whatever list.
