Thank you, @uBlock-user. Adding the filter below to "My filters" did the trick!

blockadblock.com##script:inject(bab-defuser.js)

(However, it looks as though this filter appears in on of uBlock's filter lists now because I tested it by removing it from "My Filters" and I was still able to view the site.)
