Hmm.. I tried disabling all my extensions and making sure everything was updated including all filters. I still got this popup. Ohh well. Thanks for checking anyways.

I just manually removed the 2 divs myself

And then just had to re-enable scrolling. Not the best way but i got it.

Just to give it a try, I switched to uBlock Origin and it's working fine. Guess the issue was with Adblock itself.
