add golem.de #4263

golem is now issuing anti-adblock messages. It seems that using the following rule the page works again:

||golem.de^##showAds.js

in general the script https://a2a-static.golem.de/dist/showAds.js has to be blocked.

I request to add this to the anti-adblock list.
