There a bottom banner stating "You are seeing this message because ad or script blocking software is interfering with this page. Disable any ad or script blocking software, then reload this page.". I'm in Vivaldi and using the filter list in native-adblocker. This list does removed the cooldown when downloading apps but I get the bottom banner after applying this list. vivaldi_BMtbUjVMdH

The issue fixed by itself.
