User can find recommendations for recipes based on reviews
5 star rating for recipes(index.html have a box to choose ratings to search by)
A way to search for a rating(index.html have an input box so user can input kind of recipes)
Use on submit button..on.click to store the search and take it through a conditional statement and for loop to get an array of recipes
Output the array to the webpage
