Secrets Website is Down #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Update Secrets

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Updating Secrets.

Instead I get this error, "UPDATE ERROR": "Could not download latest data: The 
operation couldn’t be completed. (HTTP Status error 500.)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent, Lion 10.7.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I wanted to make sure this type was listed.
