No icon on OSX #19

Running OSX 10.11.2 with Firefox 43.0.3.

Add-on installed, but no Icon anywhere to be found.

Have uninstalled & re-installed.

This is really odd. Can you check if it is available when you click on customize?

Closing, because of no feedback. I am assuming it was found when clicking customize.
