v1.0.3 hotfix for ft_transfer, increase gas to 20T #53

AS token contracts may need more gas fee than 10T in ft_transfer, It is a hotfix to support that, increase all gas attached to ft_transfer into 20T.

Correspondingly, the version goes to v1.0.3
