Extract methods initProject and initGitRepository in App.java
Extract various attributes in App.java
minor refactorings in App.java and ProcessMetricsCollector
Add method persistComplete to Database.java

Skimming quickly for now, but I noticed that you removed the dataset name. Why is that? We need this information to categorize the projects according to the dataset they come from. Or am I missing something because I’m reviewing from my cellphone?
