Clarification IMHO needed #52

A clarification is needed on http://toopay.github.io/bootstrap-markdown/, I think, that the libs to-markdown and markdown-js are real dependencies, and at the top of the page. Further a real cnp example would be greatly appreciated by more than me, I think, because what I had to resort to was look at the source on the aforementioned page.

Yes, but I'm choked right now. I'll do it tomorrow or tonight, when I've gotten your lovely editor working for a project I'm on :) (I really like it so far, apart from the fact that the MD preview doesn't work as in the examples - debugging now, by comparing sources...)

Its ussually pretty straight forward to fix this, people (that have a sane sense) will quickly realize they need to including the deps. But yeah, clearer information would be helpful.
