reputation issue #22

I noticed that the enchants I added a while ago in this commit fixed the enchant parsing as expected however the two new ones (60966, 60969) do not show up when browsing MTSL DB. When I change the entry from reputation to a drop they show up fine. But I haven't been able to figure out if/what is wrong with the reputations. This may be a MTSL issue, I am not sure.

This is almost certainly a problem with the MTSL.
