Merge 2 code of conduct documents #273

https://github.com/refaktor/rye/community links to a simple https://github.com/refaktor/rye/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md but there is also longer, older document https://github.com/refaktor/rye/blob/main/code-of-repo-conduct.md which should likely be merged into the first one (with a standardized name) OR they should be linked and explained the difference.

I updated CODE OF CONDUCT and CONTRIBUTING documents and removed the old one. Thanks!
