fix checksums and remove useless genomes #7

Here is the update of checksums for the fixed fasta sources (the one that was truncated and the empty one). I've also removed some genomes from upstream servers (ENSEMBL) that are not directly plants related. These were just there to support the comparative genomics platform but should not populate the plantsref.
