Vanishing crafter recipes when Mekanism tubes/pipes are a pattern in the crafter #3613

Describe the bug

Similar to bug report [3577]

Please note that issue affects the All The Mods 9 modpack, running on a server, and I have also heard that it affected All The Mods 8, but have not verified this.

I was also using the Diamond Crafter or Netherite Crafter from Extra Storage when experiencing the issue.

Basically, whenever patterns for the Mekanism Pipes (all of them) are in a Crafter, and the server restarts, it can completely remove ALL patterns from that crafter (not just the Mekanism ones).

While playing ATM9, this has happened to me 3 or 4 times, before I narrowed it down to the Mekanism pipes seeming to cause a problem.

Modpack: All the Mods 9, version 0.2.33

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

To reproduce the bug: 1) Use All The Mods 9 modpack on a server, and login. 2) Set up a basic Refined Storage system with Crafting Grid, Pattern Grid, Crafting Monitor, Crafting Manager and at least one Crafter. 3) Create patterns for all Mekanism pipes - this includes basic, advanced, elite and ultimate level for energy cables, logistical transporters, mechanical pipes and pressurised tubes. Should be 16 patterns. Add a few other random patterns. 4) Put all patterns into the crafter that is connected to the system 5) Restart the server - it may take more than one restart to replicate the issue.

Nope - there is no crash... And nothing shows in the log (as far as I can find) when stuff vanishes. Do you want the whole Startup log, for ATM 9, it's massive and 99% irrelevent...

I've experienced a similar issue on ATM9. I did not put Mekanism pipe patterns in but rather a Mekanism Enrichment Chamber pattern.

Experience this as well. And while I do have Mekanism, I have had Crafters* with with nothing but vanilla recipe patterns in them, also get wiped/vanish.
