Exporters not working when closing and reopening the game #3703

Describe the bug

Set up is RS system, 10 cables, then an exporter, all chunk loaded, does have a filter to export an item as it enters system Every time i reopen the game the exporter doesn't function until i remove one of the cables leading to it and place it back

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

  1. Set up storage system with an exporter
  2. close the world and reopen
  3. Exporter has stopped exporting
