Are you running from a dev environment? Did you clone Refined Storage Addons and run it from your IDE?

No no no, it's not IDE, I downloaded Refined Storage Addons from here: https://jenkins.raoulvdberge.com/job/refinedstorageaddons/ and Refined Storage from here: https://jenkins.raoulvdberge.com/job/refinedstorage/

I'm getting the same issue. Those 4 also lack recipes if that's relevant.
